Monthly Memberships assume an average of four weeks per month

Because every month looks a little different - some have five weeks, and some include school holidays or breaks like March Break (Mid-Winter Break) - we use a simple system to keep things fair for all families.

At the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, and December), we review the actual number of class weeks in that quarter. There’s nothing you need to do on your end.

• If there were fewer than 12 weeks, we'll automatically add a credit to your account.
• If there were more than 12 weeks, any extra class weeks will be billed at that point.

Our goal is to make things easy and transparent, so you always feel confident that you’re only paying for the weeks your little one is actually learning and growing with us. Put another way, you're paying for one quarter of the monthly Membership each week.

The same approach also applies if your Membership begins partway through a quarter and your first payment was prorated.

If you cancel your Membership during a quarter we will apply the same approach for the month(s) your Membership was active in that quarter.
