Photo, Media and Program Materials Consent and Release

BUZZ 'A' BEAT INC. and its affiliates and related entities (collectively "BUZZ 'A' BEAT") in connection with the operation of its business and social media and promotional activities may from time to wish to collect, use and disclose certain images/pictures/photographs/videos of my child(ren) and myself and other recording of the performances, writings and other program materials (collectively "Program Materials") produced by my child(ren) or myself while enrolled in and attending at a BUZZ 'A' BEAT program. Such collection, use and disclosure cannot occur without the consent of the parent and/or guardian of the child(ren) they have enrolled in a program or activity operated by BUZZ 'A' BEAT ("Guardian(s)") or in which such Guardian(s) themselves participate. Therefore at the time of registration the Guardian(s) will be asked to provide their consent on behalf of the child(ren) being enrolled by them and on their own behalf to provide the consent and release set forth herein.

This consent and release is not mandatory or required as a condition to enrolling my child(ren) or myself in a BUZZ 'A' BEAT program or activity.

The Guardian(s) fully understand and acknowledge that once given this consent and release is irrevocable and because of the distribution (unlimited or limited) of such images/pictures/photographs/videos and other recordings, it is not possible to consider an expiry date for this consent and release.

The Guardian(s) acknowledge and agree all originals, copies, films, negatives, computer files, prints and other materials in whatever media they are recorded or reproduced shall constitute the property of BUZZ 'A' BEAT, solely and completely.

The Guardian(s) further understand that their surnames and the surnames of the children they have enrolled in a BUZZ 'A' BEAT program or activity will not be released in connection with any use of their image/picture/photograph/video/recording and/or voice without their express prior written permission.
