Vacation Credits let you enjoy family time and travel
At Buzz ’A’ Beat, our programs are designed to be progressive, allowing children to grow through small experiences week after week.
Meaningful musical progression happens over time through consistency, familiarity, and the joy of returning each week as part of a child’s piano journey.
This philosophy forms the foundation of our Membership model and the policies that support each child’s ongoing musical progression throughout the year, including the summer months.
We believe children benefit from consistency, but families also need flexibility. That’s why we built our Memberships so your children can enjoy family time and travel without missing a beat.
Members may request Vacation Credits for up to four class weeks per calendar year while keeping their child’s place reserved in class.
Vacation Credits must be requested at least seven (7) days in advance.
During approved Vacation Credit weeks, Membership fees paid for those weeks are credited towards your next monthly Membership billing. You're only paying for the weeks your little one is actually learning and growing with us.
Vacation Credits are intended for family travel and other planned time away. They are separate from studio closures such as March Break, Winter/Christmas Break, School Year Holidays, or statutory holidays when Buzz ’A’ Beat classes are not running.
For example, you can use Vacation Credits and we will hold your child's spot if you:
- take a family vacation for 2 weeks in July
- enrol your child in a week long day camp
- spend half the summer in cottage country
If you know your family will be away, simply reach out to Ralph at ralph@buzzabeat.ca at least one week before your planned time away and he will be happy to help arrange everything for you.
